Our History
We, a group of middle aged Vietnamese American men and women coming from all walks of life, and being under the leadership of Miss Phuong Hang Duong Thi aka Miss Thoc Nau Ton Nu or Miss Fawn, have decided to form a circle of helping hands group since 2018 in Oakland California, and established it as a nonprofit organization tax exempt 501(c)3 under the name of Institute for Viet-US and Globalization Studies Corporation for the purpose to pay back to the community in which we have lived and shared our values since we came to this free land, the U.S. in 1975.
Since the establishment of our organization we have dedicated our time, and our financial resources from fundraising to providing helping hands to underprivileged children, adults, and aging people surviving from natural disasters or men made wars locally, nationally, and globally.
Our goal is to build up an ecosystem in which all knowledge is the tools for the empowerment of people's lives, and when the power of love is greater than and overcomes the love of power, people will know peace.
Our mission is to create several humanitarian projects based on quality education, social and health care activities providing to children , adults, and aging people from all over the world. We started as a small online English learning club using social media Livestream on FB and YouTube and have since expanded to offer a wide range of independent self-learning and studying on all subjects relating to the needs for each group of children, adults, and aging people.

We believe that education is the key to unlocking human potential. Regardless of ages, genders, ethnicity, beliefs, and social status we strive to create a productive environment for each individual to grow and develop his or her capability and ability to learn at his or her own pace.
Our Programs
We offer a wide range of programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of each individual. Our programs are designed to equip each individual with the knowledge and skills that each of them need to succeed in their chosen field. We also offer personalized coaching and mentoring services to help each of them achieve their goals.
