To reconstruct a new society order we must reestablish the transparency of all systems of governance, judiciary, and education in each nation. Then, we must reevaluate all social conditions of each individual living in each nation to find out whether or not all basic human rights are met. If it is otherwise, we must step by step start with the people's will to reform and to change, continue to rise up, to form and to expand based upon those above values until the time comes for a change.
